The TLB is a very capable machine with a bulldozer blade mounted on the back of the tractor and mounted to the front of the loader.
This makes the loader and backhoe suitable for the same applications as a dozer or excavator but faster and more manoeuvrable than both.
We began training operators to become qualified and competent to operate this machine on an every day basis.Their complete training program includes both theory and practical components in our own facilities as well as in various locations around Gauteng.

We provide TLB training in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion and surrounding areas. We have the most comprehensive course available in South Africa and have been delivering courses since 1994.
The cost of TLB is between R70 000 and R100 000.
It all depends on the specification of your machinery. The cost includes all consumables, training materials, tuition and a Certificate of Proficiency when you pass the assessment on your final day.
Training is available in our modern training facility in Norkem Park on an operational TLB machine with our latest Hydraulic Control Demonstration Software (HCR2).
We have conducted the largest number of TLB courses in South Africa over the past 20 years and at the end of this training you will be able to get a licence from the Department of Labour providing you with a valuable qualification.
We do not charge for our training. We charge for the equipment that we use.
When you pass your assessment your course fee is paid for by the company who owns your TLB equipment.
We offer full TLB Training Course that cover the following topics:Introductory course on the components of a TLB machine and the function at each component.Course Content:Scoop Training, Digging up of ground to an area determined by the instructor with speed and accuracy. Forklift Training, Loading of the scoop into the back of the forklift, the forklift then returns to get the next scoop until all scoops are deposited.
Dumping of the materials into a crusher for grading and neatness.Training is done in a purpose built area which allows for practicing scoop and forklift movements, as well as dumping into a crusher.
Hands-on experience, training on forklifts, scoop & loading into crusher.Details:Duration: 2 days TLB training course.
Participants: 5 – 10 participants per class.
